The CTSERF a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization - was founded in 1999 because of the increasing rise of terrorism and the lack of private resources to deal with the problem.
CTSERF Goals
Counterterrorism & Security Education and Research Foundation
- To develop EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS and materials for security professionals and the general publics that will enhance our understanding of the causes of terrorism and the measures necessary to deter and combat it.
- To finance, develop, and disseminate RESEARCH on terrorism issues.
- To provide EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS for those wishing to study terrorism.
- To provide HUMANITARIAN AID for the victims of disasters and terrorist attacks.
- To provide TRAINING to the general public, security professionals, and military/government personnel in the field of terrorism, anti-terrorism, and counterterrorism.
Who Can Donate to The CTSERF?
- The CTSERF welcomes support from individuals, private and public corporations, government agencies and foundations that wish to participate in the global war on terrorism.
