CT Foundation Announces New Appointment
Washington, D.C.- The Counterterrorism & Security Education & Research Foundation (CTSERF) announced today the appointment of Don L. Rondeau as a new Board member and division Executive Director... “For several years we have worked closely with Mr. Rondeau and we look forward to tapping into his experience, energy, professionalism and vision for the future,” announced Steven J. Fustero, President of CTSERF.
Mr. Rondeau brings unique capabilities to CTSERF, Fustero states, “During the early days of the fed driven public/ private sector partnerships discussion, Don played a key role in injecting the capabilities of the private sector into some very key discussions. His representation of the private sector in one of the prominent federally sponsored exercise series is quite legendary. Like many, we have lobbyist fatigue. We needed a leader with proven security and business expertise. Don is uniquely suited for our requirements”. CTSERF anticipates that Mr. Rondeau’s leadership will serve as the unifying element for a Board that consists of former senior military and federal leadership and proven leaders from the business community. Fustero states “We are optimistic that Mr. Rondeau’s presence will position CTSERF to support our ability to expand our international humanitarian relief efforts”.
In addition to his duties with CTSERF, Rondeau currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Critical Infrastructure Protection Programs for McFadden and Associates Inc. Macfadden is a proven disaster management corporation with a client list that includes: USAID, US Department of State, FDA, US Peace Corps, the FAA, DOD, DOJ and others…More about Macfadden http://www.macf.com/
CTSERF, a non-profit foundation, was founded in 1999 by a network of security executives who were troubled by the increasing rise of terrorism and the lack of private resources to confront the growing threat to the United States of America.
